Every job is documented with before-and-after photos so you can see what changed. After the appointment, digital copies of your receipt and service paperwork are sent directly to your email. Training Standards That Set Our Technicians Apart

Every Tuesday, our team dedicates a full hour to a focused topic: safety protocols, code refreshers, technical procedures, or updated industry standards. Training isn’t an add-on here. It’s built into how we operate week to week.
Every last Friday of the month, we pull the entire crew out of the field for a full-day session covering safety, technical work, and hands-on field practice. Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the Difference Between a Chimney Cleaning & a Fireplace Repair?
Cleaning removes creosote buildup and debris from the flue. Repair addresses structural or mechanical problems: cracks, failed liners, damaged dampers, and deteriorating mortar. Our inspection process identifies both at every appointment, so you’ll know which one your fireplace needs before we do any work.
Is It Safe to Use My Fireplace If Smoke Is Coming Into the Room?
No. Smoke backing into the living space can indicate a blocked flue, a damaged smoke chamber, or a closed or failed damper. Continued use risks carbon monoxide exposure and increases fire risk. Stop using the fireplace and schedule an inspection before lighting another fire.
What Is a Smoke Chamber and Why Does It Matter?
The smoke chamber is the funnel-shaped cavity above the firebox and damper that directs combustion gases up into the flue liner. When the smoke chamber is cracked or improperly parged with refractory mortar, heat and gases can escape into surrounding walls rather than exiting through the flue. This is a significant fire and health hazard.
How Long Does Fireplace Repair Take?
It depends on the scope. Damper replacement or minor repointing is often completed in a single visit. More involved work like a firebox rebuild or full relining takes longer. We provide a clear timeline after your inspection so you know what to expect before scheduling the repair.
